T50 FITNESS CLASSES

T50 delivers high-energy, coach-led group workouts designed to build strength, burn fat, and boost endurance.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
HIIT, boot camp, circuit training, HYROX-style conditioning, plyometric, cardio, core, and minimal weight training for a full-body burn.

Tuesday (Heavy Lift):
Focused strength training with heavier weights to build power and muscle.

​

Thursday (Sculpt):
Muscle definition training with controlled, targeted movements.

​

Sunday (Light Strength):
Lower-intensity strength work to improve form, recovery, and consistency.

Saturday (T65 Signature):
Our all-in-one, 65-minute high-energy workout combining strength, conditioning, cardio, and core for the ultimate performance session.
